This duo in matching colors was donated by fiber artist, Catherine Joclyn of CR Designs from her travels to Peru. The soft alpaca hat has beautiful classic knit patterns. The ear flaps and beautiful natural fibers will keep your head very warm in the winter. It is paired with an unusual ancient style slingshot, used by shepherds to protect their flocks, in similar colors. The pouch part is woven with long straps made in a tubular design which appears to be braid technique. So go out in your warm hat and sling some rocks! The perfect gift for an adventurous kid that loves the outdoors with a bit of a wild side. Warning – do not use sling near windows.
The sling is 76″ long. The hat measures 22″ in circumference and 11.5″ not including the ear flaps.
