This golden sturdy handwoven wool bag has a zipper closure across the top with versatile black leather handles long enough to put over the shoulder and short enough to also carry in your hand or on your arm. A geometric tapestry pattern adorns one side, while the other side is solid except for the color and weave effect borders. It was purchased in Oaxaca, Mexico and never used so is still in excellent condition. The soft muted colors are commonly made from natural dyes (so presumed to be) and the bag is probably from the Teotitlan rug weaving area.
This roomy weft faced bag is 14″ wide and 21″ high including the strap. The woven section is 12″ tall.
