How cute is this? You can do a matching set for Grandma or Mom to enjoy! These beautiful tops were purchased in Mitla, Mexico in 2002. The colorful embroidered designs on natural cotton include various animals and scorpions on the adult shirt. It measures 27″ wide x 24″ high with a 10″ long sleeve that is 19″ around. The child’s is more of a huipile style shirt with colorful embroidered birds and bugs. The child’s huipil measures 12.5″ wide x 11″ high with 10″ opening. Buy as a set but give away one or wear it with your favorite little person.
**The adult huipile has a small area of light age marks shown in the photo. Perhaps some spot bleaching would fix that.
