Upcycled Huipile Purse – Guatemala

Description

A well loved bag with a lot of life left in it. This pretty bag was upcycled from an old Huilpile which gives it the beauty and character it exudes. The curved shape follows the design of the neckline of the huipile. It is heavily embroidered on a woven background and has pom poms adorning the bottom. It has a zippered closure and appears to have an adjustable shoulder strap. The bag measures 12″ wide x 14″ long.
