Join WARP for our January Fireside Chat with Mary-Anne Dalkowski! During our monthly Meet a Member program, we get to know a different WARP member each month.
Weaving has been an integral part of Mary-Anne’s life for over 50 years as a means of expression, connection and growth. Throughout that time, she has benefited from some wonderful instructors, shared samples with diverse study groups and held leadership positions in the weaving and spinning guild in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, where the 2026 WARP Annual Meeting will be held. She co-chairs her local arts council and an annual regional juried art exhibition. As a fibre activist, she has organized projects like a community tapestry and yarn bombings as part of Canada’s annual Culture Days.
