Description
Red ochre necklace from Africa. We don’t know a lot about its history but it could be Himba from Namibia. The Himba and Hambukushu traditionally rub red ochre into leather to make wigs and jewelry. It measures 16″ long and has a 4″ tie on each end in the back. It’s a very interesting and attractive piece!
