Description
Beautiful red vintage envelope pouch, used to keep dowry gifts during weddings. It is covered in embroidery and is possibly from Sindh, Pakistan or from India. The lining is tan. When closed, the bag measures about 7″ x 7″. This pouch was well loved and shows some signs of wear. It’s a rare vintage textile.
