Description

This exquisite handwoven table runner from the Chinchero people of Peru is crafted from soft alpaca fiber and dyed with natural pigments in rich tones of purple, green, yellow, and white. Measuring 12.5″ x 30″, it was woven on a traditional backstrap loom by artist Esefania Quispe Auccacusi. The intricate geometric designs reflect generations of Andean weaving tradition and cultural symbolism. Never used, this piece remains in pristine condition—a beautiful example of fine Peruvian textile artistry.
