This is a small bilingual book that was actually a catalog of an exhibition “Weaving Lives”. For this exhibition we focused on the different stages of a weaver’s life in the communities around Cusco, illustrating the importance, originality, and functions of each of these stages as a weaver grows in skill. Due to the lack of space not all communities could be included in the exhibition, thus those displayed are only a sampling of the rich and diverse textile tradition in the Cusco area. https://www.textilescusco.org/
